Leaders of Men Inc. will teach life skills such as barbequing and how to prepare meals. Learning survival skills that help themselves and others feel good about themselves. Every Person feels better when they can cook for themselves and their family and friends. When you are barbequing, you are serving others as well as using and developing leadership skills.

Recognizing Your Gifts
Leaders of Men Inc. will dedicate time and effort to helping each student discover their unique talents. Once students recognize their gifts, Leaders of Men Inc. will provide the skills and tools necessary to pursue their dreams. Dreams remain dreams until they are written down and actively pursued, transforming them into achievable goals.

Self Management
Leaders of Men Inc. will educate our young men and young women on the importance of self-management. Through mentorship and life experiences, we will demonstrate why self-management is crucial in all aspects of life, including attitude, apprenticeship, and conduct in various situations.

Leaders of Men Inc. will emphasize the importance and power of dressing for success. Since people often judge based on appearance, dressing appropriately is crucial. Learning how to tie a tie or knowing when to wear a suit significantly impacts how others perceive and treat you. Our teachings and leadership development will focus on dressing appropriately for various situations. Remember, if you own your own business, you have the freedom to set your own dress code and change the narrative.
