Leaders of Men Inc. will teach the importance of leading with respect and the importance of self-respect and how important it is to have respect for others.

Leaders of Men Inc. will teach life skills such as barbequing and how to prepare meals. Learning survival skills that help themselves and others feel good about themselves. Every Person feels better when they can cook for themselves and their family and friends. When you are barbequing, you are serving others as well as using and developing leadership skills.

Recognizing Your Gifts
Leaders of Men Inc. will invest time and effort in showing the importance of
discovering your inner gifts that each student possesses. Once our students have
recognized their gift(s), Leaders of Men Inc.will help develop skills and tools for the
students to go after their dreams. Dreams are just that…dreams until you write them down and go after them and now those dreams become goals.

Self Management
Leaders of Men Inc. will teach the importance of self-management to our young men. Teachings through mentorship and life experiences exactly why self-management is important in everything that we do, such as attitude, apprenticeship and how to conduct yourself in all situations

Straight Talk Workshop Panel

This workshop will consist of a panel of men that have survived the streets to include hustling and gang violence. The panelists will share their experiences with our youth and have a straight and truthful dialog and how they survived it.
Young Women's Empowerment Panel

This workshop will consist of a panel of strong women that are leaders in their communities. This panel will create a dialog to uplift, encourage and inspire our young women.

Setting Goals | Going After Your Dreams
Leaders of Men Inc. will teach life skills such as setting goals as setting goals gives you long-term vision and short-term motivation. It focuses your acquisition of knowledge and helps you to organize your time and your resources so that you can make the most of your life.

Dress For Success
Leaders of Men Inc. will teach the importance of dressing for success and why it is so important and so powerful. People will judge you on your appearance, so dressing is key. Learning how to tie a tie or knowing when to wear a suit is very important to how people will perceive or treat you. Dressing the part for any situation will be driven through teachings and leadership development. Remember if you own your own business you can change the narrative and dress how you want.
