At Leaders of Men Inc., Respect is Everything. We believe every young person holds the potential to lead with purpose, empathy, and strength. As a community-rooted nonprofit, we empower young women and men to master their thoughts, emotions, and actions—building the foundation for confident, respectful leadership. Through culturally responsive mentorship and dynamic programming, we cultivate interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and collaborative problem-solving. Our mission is to equip emerging leaders with the tools to build meaningful relationships, communicate with impact, and create thriving, inclusive communities—starting with themselves.

On October 7th, 2026, Leaders of Men Inc is proud to take part in Live Solano Give Solano, a countywide day of giving hosted by the Solano Community Foundation. For 24 hours, our community comes together to support the local nonprofits doing vital work right here at home.
Since 2018, Leaders of Men Inc has mentored young people across Solano County, helping young men and young women build confidence, character, and a clear path forward. This October, we're launching our free after-school Rites of Passage mentoring program at Solano Community College for teens ages 14–18, giving them a safe space to grow, set goals, and learn from mentors who believe in them.
